WHAT THEY WERE SAYING
Lindy Ruff (listen to the full audio)
What are you expecting from the Senators tonight?
I think they’ve been playing good hockey. They just beat the Rangers. Obviously every point is as important for them as it is for us. They beat a good hockey team last time in this building, and we’re gonna have to be on our game.

What’s different about the Sens now as compared to the start of the season?
Spezza’s had a great year for them, and Michalek too. They had a great run, followed by a six or seven game losing streak – which seems to be normal for this league. When you look at it, you point to the young defenseman having a great year, along with a couple of their key forwards up front. They’ve had exceptional years.

Marcus Foligno has been on a lot of planes lately; what can you expect from him if he plays?
If he does play, I’d like to see him be the best Foligno out there.
