Heading into the 2014 NHL Draft next week, the Buffalo Sabres hold eight picks, including three in the second round. Buffalo also had three second-round picks last year.
In this week's draft feature, Sabres.com's Kevin Snow reviews the selections of all of the teams that have had multiple second-round picks in the past 15 drafts.
Going back to 2000, there have been 106 teams with two or more second-round selections. In that same time span, only 60 teams have had the luxury of picking at least twice in the first round.
