Coming into this season, defenseman Brian Campbell had scored nine goals in 167 career NHL games. Campbell has more than doubled his career total this season, scoring his 10th goal of the campaign on Saturday, March 25 in Boston.

Campbell has scored six of his 10 goals at home, and has also scored four game winners. The Sabres record for most GWG's in one season by a defenseman is six, set by Phil Housley in 1983-84.
