Buffalo Sabres GM Darcy Regier announced today the Sabres have acquired a third-round choice in the 2010 Entry Draft from the Boston Bruins in exchange for forward Daniel Paille. Buffalo will also receive a conditional draft pick from Boston in the deal.
Paille was Buffalo’s first-round choice (20th overall) in the 2002 Entry Draft, and he collected 77 points (35+42) in 195 career games with the Sabres.
