SABRES ACQUIRE TWO DRAFT PICKS FROM ST. LOUIS BLUES FOR DEFENSEMAN LEOPOLD
BUFFALO, N.Y. (March 30, 2013) --- Buffalo Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier today announced that the Sabres have traded defenseman Jordan Leopold to the St. Louis Blues in exchange for St. Louis\u2019 second-round draft pick and a fifth-round draft pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. There is a condition that could turn the fifth-round pick into St. Louis\u2019s fourth-round pick in 2013.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (March 30, 2013) --- Buffalo Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier today announced that the Sabres have traded defenseman Jordan Leopold to the St. Louis Blues in exchange for St. Louis’ second-round draft pick and a fifth-round draft pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. Leopold recorded 67 points (25+42) in 174 games with the Sabres after signing with the team as an unrestricted free agent on July 1, 2010.
