Organization

 One player is placed in the middle of the rinkbelow the goal line and at the blueline. These players are known as the support player. Playing 2-on-2, 3 on 3 the team with the puck must pass to one of the support players to go on offense.

Variations

As a variation tell the players they can shoot on any goal after receiving the pass from the support player.

Goalie

Develop awareness to various situations. Quickness, agility, balance. Quick reaction to alot of shots.
