Objective:

Quick reaction and recovery to 2nd ,3rd shot

Key Elements

Positioning for original shot, Recovery, Push with opposite leg, Squaring up to additional shots

Organization

Two lines of shooters, one at the top of each face off circle with pucks. The coach is positioned to the left of the goalie with pucks. The forward on the same side as the coach takes the first shot, giving the goalie time to recover the opposite line shoots and then the coach shoots the third shot from in tight.
