Organization

Three from one side begin the cross ice game with a 3 vs 2 man advantage. On the whistle to change the advantage is reversed to the other team alternating the sequence throughout the game.

Variations

You can add a player to make it a 4 on 2 situation.

Develop awareness to various situations. Quickness, agility, balance. Quick reaction to a lot of shots.
