In order to receive consideration for a grant, an organization must be eligible and must submit a grant application. Eligibility: grant recipients must be a 501(c)(3) organization that serves the western New York region, must be consistent with the mission of the Foundation and must submit a completed grant application. Grant application submissions are reviewed once annually. The deadline date for all grant applications is January 15, 2015 - although grant submissions are welcome prior to that date. The Sabres Foundation will only accept applications in electronic form via the accompanying link, however we encourage you to complete the attached .pdf application for your own records.
