Account Services Office The Account Services Office was established to develop and maintain an environment of quality customer service for our guests. Representatives are available during regular business hours, as well as during hockey games and other arena events. The Account Services Office is located in the Pavilion (to the right of the ticket windows). If you have any questions please feel free to call 1-888-GO-SABRES (1-888-467-2273) and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Animals Animals and/or pets are not permitted inside HSBC Arena. Exceptions are guide, signal, or service dogs to aid guests with disabilities and any animals that are an integral part of an approved show. Service animals should not block any other patron’s access to seating areas or stairs. Please notify your ticket administrator at the time of purchase so that you may reserve an aisle seat if available.
Appearance - Guests All persons entering HSBC Arena must be appropriately dressed wearing shirt and shoes. During hockey games, the Harbour Club 100 observes a business casual dress code.
Assisted Listening Devices Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available free of charge at Guest Services for most events. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit for the device. A central FM transmitter services all seating areas. Arrangements can be made in advance by calling the Account Services Office.
Automated Teller Machine (ATM) ATMs are available in the following locations:
---Street Level in the Pavilion next to the ticket windows (Cash Court) ---Outside Pepsi Headlines Bar on the 100 Level near Aisle 4 ---South Food Court on the 100 Level near Aisle 16 ---Just past the Suite Level stairs near Aisle 13 on the 200 Level ---West Food Court on the 300 Level near Aisle 2
Banners / Signs The permitted use of banners and signs varies by event, with policies determined by the event producer. During events in which banners and signs are permitted inside HSBC Arena, they must not be commercial in nature, or utilize wood, metal, or similar types of support. They may not be displayed or hung in anyway that obstructs building signage or another guests view of the event. Obscene or inappropriate banners or signs will be confiscated.
Birthday Requests With a donation of $20 from non season ticket holders and no charge for season ticket holders and mini pack holders, birthday messages will run the first and second intermissions. There is a three day advance notification required and requests can be submitted by filing out the online form (launches a secure form in another window) or by calling Account Services at 1-888-GO-SABRES (1-888-467-2273). Season ticket and Mini pack holders please call the birthday request line at (716) 855-4194.
Unfortunately at this time we do not facilitate any type of proposal requests. Book Sabretooth Want Sabretooth to attend your community event? Send your Sabretooth appearance request to ed.grudzinski@sabres.com. Be sure to include the date, time, and location of your event. It is recommended that appearance requests be submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to event. Sabretooth request hotline: 716.855.4174. All appearances are subject to availability.
Box Office Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On Arena event days, business hours will be Monday through Saturday 9:00 AM through the end of the event and 10:00 AM through the end of the event on Sunday. For your convenience, HSBC Arena's Box Office has twelve ticket windows available in the east end of the Pavilion located to the left of the Account Services Office. Cameras / Recording Policies Flash photography is permitted. Guests may use cameras (including digital) with long lenses provided they do not obstruct the view of other patrons. In addition, guests and their cameras cannot block aisles or access-ways. Tri-Pods are NOT permitted. Guests may only take photos from their seats, and are not permitted to use the "mouseholes" in the glass. Video cameras are permitted during youth hockey only. Only credentialed media are permitted to use approved areas, such as the 200 level platforms and glass cut outs. Children's Seating Adults wishing to bring children ages 3 and under into a Sabres game, free of charge, must stop at the Account Services Office on their way into the game. The Account Services Office will issue a child admittance pass for access into the game (subject to the size of the child and at the discretion of HSBC Arena Staff). This pass will not be for a seat, but allows the child to sit on an adult's lap. For other events the age limitation may vary. Coat Check (Coat Check is only offered during Sabres games.) -- 100 Level - Located just inside each entrance to the 100 Level Harbour Club. -- 200 Level - Located outside the entrance of the 200 Level Harbour Club across from the west end elevators.

Concessions There is a wide range of traditional and specialty food offerings in convenient locations for our guests' enjoyment. In-seat food and beverage service is available to Club Seat patrons on the 200 Level during Sabres games. All concession stands are wheelchair accessible. Concession assistants are available at each concession stand to assist all guests with visual impairments.
Credit Cards HSBC Arena accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at the Box Office.
Disorderly Conduct, Intoxication, Use of Vulgar or Abusive Language, etc. Patrons who are engaged in disorderly conduct, who are intoxicated, or who use vulgar or abusive language are not tolerated at HSBC Arena, and are subject to ejection. Fighting is not tolerated at HSBC Arena. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest.

Donations Please send the Sabres Community Relations Department a letter on your organization's letterhead regarding the kind of assistance you are looking for and the date of the event. Drinking Fountains Drinking fountains are located on all Levels and are wheelchair accessible.
Duplicate Seat Policy HSBC Arena is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If tickets are lost, stolen, or left behind, please contact Account Services at (716) 855-4444.
Elevators Elevators are available for our Suite holders and handicapped patrons. Elevators are located in the Pavilion to the right behind the escalators nearest to Main Street and at the Security entrance located between the parking ramp and building. The elevator in the Pavilion stops at all Levels. The elevator located by the Security Office stops at all Levels except the 300 Level. If you need assistance in locating the elevators, HSBC Arena Representatives are available. All elevators are accessible to guests using wheelchairs, and each elevator is equipped with Braille signs and audible tones.
Emergency Exits Emergency exits are located throughout the HSBC Arena and are clearly marked in red. HSBC Arena Representatives have been instructed and trained to assist you in evacuating the premises. In case of emergencies, please follow instructions given by the staff.
Escalators Escalators are located at each end in the Pavilion, and will take you to the 100 Level seating, food courts, and the Pepsi Headlines Sports Bar. From the 100 Level, there are express escalators directly to the 300 Level.
Exchange Policy There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at HSBC Arena.

Firearms / Weapons Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted inside HSBC Arena or on it’s surrounding property at any time.
First Aid If you require first aid, please let an HSBC Arena Representative know or go to either of the Guest Services locations (see below). A representative will call the building EMT’s to assist you and if necessary have you escorted to the First Aid Room. Sabres Foundation The Buffalo Sabres Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit foundation that is committed to enhancing the quality of life for the Western New York region. In the process, the foundation strives to assist worthwhile organizations that make this region a better place to live and work. The primary focus of the foundation is to assist youth hockey initiatives, children's health and wellness initiatives, specifically those that serve the underprivileged and handicapped, and to provide support to non-profit organizations and groups that provide vital services to those in need in our community.
Guest Services Guest Services is located on the 100 Level (between Aisles 7 and 8) and on the 300 Level (between Aisles 13 and 14). During Buffalo Sabres games only, we also have representatives at the 200 level bridge entrance. Representatives are available to assist patrons with any questions or concerns. Guest Services is open throughout all HSBC Arena events.

Harbour Club Access to both the 100 Level Harbour Club and 200 Level Harbour Club at Buffalo Sabres games is available exclusively to all Suite holders and 200 Club Seat holders. 100 Level Harbour Club Memberships are available to all other Season Ticket holders and may be purchased through the Account Services Office for $375 per account. Hockey 101 Please click here Hotels Please Click Here Inclement Weather Policy There may be instances when events at HSBC Arena are affected by inclement weather. Tickets will not be refunded for any event that is held as scheduled. In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement, HSBC Arena will announce policies and procedures at that time.
Inspection, Searches HSBC Arena reserves the right to inspect and/or search all persons, packages and bags entering HSBC Arena.
Internship Opportunities: Course credit internships are offered during the Fall/Spring semesters and are available based on departmental needs. Internships are open to college students only who must receive academic credit. No financial compensation is available and interns must have the ability to work non-traditions hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays. If interested in applying, please send your resume and cover letter to the appropriate department.
Lost and Found You may claim lost items or turn in found items at the Account Services Office, which is located on the ground floor in the Pavilion. If you have misplaced something, please feel free to contact Account Services at 1-888-GO-SABRES (1-888-467-2273). Lost or Stolen Tickets HSBC Arena and the Buffalo Sabres are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Luxury Suites The Suite Level at HSBC Arena contains 80 private luxury suites offering exclusive accommodations and an intimate atmosphere perfect for entertaining business associates, clients, friends, or family. Features of the Suite Level include: a private concourse with special parking access, concierge and in-suite dining services, and superior views of on-ice action. National Anthem If you are interested in singing the National Anthem at a Sabres or Bandits game, please send a demo package (CD, photo and resume) to:

For the majority of Sabres games we use our main anthem singer, but would be happy to review your demo and contact you if services are needed.
Noisemakers Air horns and certain other artificial noisemakers are not permitted inside HSBC Arena. Please see the list of Prohibited Items, or check with the Event Manager for details. Permitted items may be used unless there is a complaint from other patrons.
Parking Information Parking for Suite and 200 Club Seat Season Ticket holders for Buffalo Sabres games is located in the HSBC Arena parking ramp (Illinois Street).Please be aware that for the 2007-2008 season, the HSBC Arena parking ramp is SOLD TO MAXIMUM CAPACITY. We encourage those with ramp parking to arrive early in order to obtain a spot in the ramp. In the event that demand exceeds the number of available parking spaces, fans will be directed to a satellite parking lot. There will be no ramp parking available on an individual game basis throughout the season.
Reserved season long surface parking is available for Season Ticket Holders. To purchase season long parking, simply contact the Account Services Office. This parking is located in surface lots approximately 200 yards from the building (on Perry Street between Michigan Street and Mississippi Street). Please check the location on your parking pass or call the Account Services Office for detailed information.
Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. There will be no parking available for guests with disabilities in the HSBC Arena parking ramp on an individual game basis due to the ramp being sold out for the season, however there are a number of private parking lots in the area (not affiliated with HSBC Arena or the Buffalo Sabres).
Party Suite The Party Suite is located on the HSBC Arena's 200 Level adjacent to the 200 Level Harbour Club. The Party Suite features an exclusive and luxurious setting for special occasions such as sales meetings, birthdays, holidays, parties, or reunions. The Party Suite experience also offers Club Level seats, meal and beverage packages, a personal suite attendant, an optional wet bar upgrade, and a great view of the action. Pepsi Headlines Sports Bar Pepsi Headlines Sports Bar is centrally located on the 100 Level. Pepsi Headlines Sports Bar will be open 2 hours prior to Sabres game time and will be offering a full bar, friendly service, and a view of Buffalo like you have never seen before. Food service is available in the adjacent food courts.
Prohibited Items HSBC Arena reserves the right to deny entry to any person or persons that are in possession of an item(s) that Arena management deems inappropriate. These items may be surrendered for the opportunity for entry to the Arena. Items not permitted inside the Arena include, but are not limited to, the following:
LASER PENS STUDDED JEWELERY CHAINS WEAPONS OF ANY KIND FIREARMS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOOD OR BEVERAGES FROM OUTSIDE ILLEGAL DRUGS BACKPACKS
Other prohibited items may vary depending on event. These items may include cameras or video / audio recording devices.
Projectiles Thrown items can cause injury and bodily harm to spectators, performers, and workers in HSBC Arena. Any person or persons who throw items inside the arena are subject to ejection and possible arrest.

All public telephones are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with volume controls. TTY (teletype) and TDD (Telephone Communication Device for the Deaf) coin operated telephones are available.
Radio All Sabres games can be heard on WGR 550-AM and Sabres.com. Click here to listen through Sabres.com. Listen to Sabres broadcasts throughout Western and Central New York through the Sabres Radio Network: Buffalo - WGR 550-AM; Batavia - WBTA 1490-AM; Jamestown - WKSN 1340-AM; Olean - WMXO - 101.5 FM; and in Dunkirk - WDOE 1410 AM.
Recording Devices Audio and Video Recording Devices are prohibited at most events at HSBC Arena including Sabres home games. However, video cameras can be used during youth hockey games played during intermissions of Sabres games. Please check with the Account Services Office for polices on specific events. Re-Entry Re-Entry to events is not permitted for most events at HSBC Arena. For those patrons with a medical emergency, please go to the Account Services Office located in the pavilion.
Restrooms Restrooms are located throughout the concourses. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible and have baby-changing tables. In addition, wheelchair accessible unisex restrooms are available as follows:

Scalping The resale of tickets on HSBC property is not permitted and is punishable by law.
Security Office Assistance from HSBC Arena Security is available by notifying any HSBC Arena Representative. The Security Office is located on the Ground Level of the Arena and is accessible from the outside of the building. Security staff wears grey blazers during events.
Smoking As per Erie County and New York State Law, smoking is prohibited anywhere in HSBC Arena. Violators are subject to fines by Erie County, and possible ejection from the Arena. A smoking area is available for all sporting events including Sabres games, and Bandits games. Please check with the Account Services Office regarding specific events.
Solicitations Solicitations and the distribution of materials on the grounds of HSBC Arena without the express permission of building management is prohibited.
Television The majority of the Sabres 2007-08 regular season schedule will be broadcast on MSG.
“Wait for the Whistle” Policy To ensure the enjoyment of all the action for Sabres fans, HSBC Arena enforces a “Wait for the Whistle” policy for fans returning to their seats during Sabres games. Fans returning to their seats from the concourse are asked to stay behind the yellow line in the vomitory until the officials have halted play on the ice, at which point they are permitted to return to their seats.
Wheelchair Accessible Seating Wheelchair accessible seats are available on all Levels of HSBC Arena. Companion seats are also available for each reserved seat. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands. Wheelchair Accessibility / Assistance HSBC Arena is wheelchair accessible and wheelchair seating is available on all levels. For Patrons that have difficulty getting to their seating location, wheelchairs and assistance are provided. Interested patrons should call the Account Service Office at 1-888-GO-SABRES (1-888-467-2273) prior to the event, or stop by Account Services on the way into an event.
Will Call Patrons may leave tickets for guests to pick-up by dropping them off at the will call windows located at the East Side of the Pavilion. Will call tickets will be available for pick-up until the end of all Sabres home games. For non-Sabres events, closing times may vary and patrons should contact the Account Services Office at 1-888-GO-SABRES (1-888-467-2273) for more detailed information.
